Jennifer DeVincent is the founder and owner of Legal Nurse Solutions, LLC. Jennifer is a Registered Nurse and is certified as an Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Jennifer is highly skilled with over 20 years of nursing experience including Labor and Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care.
Jennifer’s dual specialty across OB and NICU can significantly assist legal teams in screening birth injury cases to understand what truly happened, what should have happened, and what might have been missed…without bias toward plaintiff or defense.
My goal is to be the clinical partner legal teams turn to when birth-related outcomes are under legal scrutiny. I collaborate seamlessly with attorneys, expert witnesses, and fellow legal nurses, making sure every chart is combed, every question is asked, and every angle is considered. I stay current on standards of care, and I approach each case with integrity, clarity, and respect for all parties involved.
